Irregular ragged holes in leaves, stems and seedlings. Silvery slime trails. Worst damage on young plants and seedlings.

Large green caterpillars up to 10cm. Rapid defoliation — entire branches stripped overnight. Black droppings on leaves.
Trialeurodes vaporariorum
Tiny white moth-like insects fly up in clouds when plant is disturbed. Yellowing leaves, sticky honeydew deposits, sooty black mould.
